Implicit Career Search® (ICS) is a unique method that helps everyone define the purpose of their work, starting from a deep introspection: "Who am I, really?". Inspired by The Human Element®, ICS connects your personal identity to a meaningful career plan, aligned with your values and aspirations.
Open to all, this 4-day training, followed by individual follow-up, is for professionals, young people, people in career transition and soon-to-be retirees looking for coherence between their personal life and their career.

The skills assessment is a guided process to take stock of your skills, motivations and aspirations, in order to build a career plan aligned with your identity and values. At Transcendo, this in-depth work aims to overcome blockages and limiting beliefs and define a concrete, realistic action plan.
Open to all, the assessment takes 24 hours over three phases: preliminary, investigation and conclusion. It offers a structured framework to explore your path, identify your strengths and target opportunities. Funded through the CPF, France Travail or other schemes, it is confidential and flexible.
