Responsibility
The consequences of our choices and of exercising our freedom are fully owned, and build individual and collective maturity.
Freedom
Giving ourselves the means to lead our lives according to who we are, shedding the weight of conditioning, is a constant quest that gives meaning to life and to our experiences.
Openness
Relating authentically to ourselves and to others by cultivating transparency generates energy and performance, and deeply simplifies relationships by not getting lost behind masks. Being in touch with our emotions and feelings invites us to resolve difficulties as they arise and to live our experiences fully.
Choice
Working towards conscious choices is a deep source of freedom. It develops a person's potential and a mature, responsible stance, fully in control of one's direction. Far from being self-centred, the dynamics of choice also foster a positive view of others.
Self-awareness
It is the precondition for any personal growth: without it, no change is possible or lasting. Becoming aware of how we function lets us make different choices, widen our options in full alignment with who we are, and develop relational flexibility.
Interdependence
The evolution of economic and social systems gives us the opportunity to develop relational maturity in an environment where everyone is fundamentally connected to others. These intertwined bonds, in which each of us exists in our uniqueness, govern us all reciprocally.
Autonomy
The purpose of support is the client's autonomy, whether a person, a team or an organisation. Autonomy is the ability, built on one's own resources, to face whatever situations arise and to make the best individual and collective decisions.
Trust
Trusting "a priori", without waiting for others to "prove themselves", seeing "the prince in the frog", creates a space where they can find the resources, abilities, qualities and talents lying dormant in them. A positive outlook is the essential ingredient of human growth.
High standards
At Transcendo, support invites us to see ourselves as we are, lucidly and without fiction. These high standards, combined with unconditional acceptance, help us progress towards our goals while staying grounded in reality. They foster authentic relationships, free from illusions and needless compromise.
Unconditional acceptance of others
Transcendo values welcoming others in all their diversity, with an open mind and inclusion. Celebrating differences creates a space where everyone feels respected, encouraging collaboration and creativity. Transcendo listens to and supports each person to understand their needs and aspirations.
