Personalised, tailor-made organizational coaching

Supporting the transformation of systems

Do you recognise yourself in one of these situations? Then Transcendo's organizational coaching is for you!

How does organizational coaching work at Transcendo?

1. Analysing the current situation

Laurence and her partners start by meeting the management team to understand the organisational challenges and specific needs. This step, often based on interviews with key people, aims to identify needs, friction points and opportunities for transformation.

This phase may also include a climate survey (known as Element O), based on The Human Element® approach, to identify the issues present in the company as a whole as well as at the level of individuals, teams or divisions.

2. Defining the goals

Together with management, clear, measurable goals are set. This ensures the coaching process is aligned with the company's vision and core values.

3. Working at every level

Usually relying on a Resource team, a true relay for the transformation, Laurence and her partners work across the whole organisation, from management down to the various departments, focusing on autonomy and empowerment.

4. Ongoing support

The coaching takes place over an extended period, providing constant support. The team regularly evaluates the progress made and adjusts its actions to the organisation's emerging needs, ensuring a lasting, effective transformation.

Towards better profitability

Increase your company's performance

Organizational coaching is a support process that aims to improve how a company works and performs as a whole. Unlike individual or team coaching, it addresses the entire organisation.

Laurence has already supported companies of all sizes, in both the private and public sectors.

This coaching is open to all companies, whatever their sector or size.

These transformations often take time and require strong commitment from the leader. To succeed, it is crucial that the leader wants significant change and is actively involved in the process. This support creates an environment conducive to autonomy, empowerment and collaboration within the company.
